Ticket Purchase Policy

This Ticket Purchase Policy (“Policy”) governs all ticket purchases made through or on behalf of the Stevens County Agricultural Society dba Stevens County Fair (“Stevens County Fair,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to the terms described below. Please review carefully before completing your purchase.
1. General Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except as expressly stated in this Policy. By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge and accept all terms herein, including refund conditions, transfer limitations, and event admission rules.
2. Refunds
Full Cancellation
If an event is completely canceled before it begins, a full refund (less service and processing fees) will be issued. Refunds will be available starting the next day from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM at the Stevens County Fair office, by email at tickets@stevenscountyfair.org, or at another stated location.
A valid payment receipt or ticket stub is required to process refunds.
Refund Method
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment whenever possible. If that is not possible, refunds will be issued by check from the Stevens County Agricultural Society.
Refund Window
Refunds are available for 7 calendar days after the canceled event date. After that time, no refunds will be issued.
Once the Event Has Started
Once an event has started, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including weather, performer changes, schedule delays, or any other adjustments.
3. Changes & Rescheduling
Tickets remain valid if an event is rescheduled, delayed, or altered. Refunds will not be issued for:
- Performer or class lineup changes
- Schedule adjustments or shortened shows
- Postponements or delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond the Fair’s control
All outdoor events are rain or shine, unless otherwise announced.
4. Ticket Delivery & Lost Tickets
Tickets may be delivered electronically via email, mobile device, or physical ticket. You are responsible for ensuring your contact and delivery information are accurate at the time of purchase. The Fair is not responsible for undelivered, misdirected, or lost tickets resulting from incorrect contact details.
Replacement tickets may be issued only at the Fair’s discretion and only to the original purchaser, upon verification and proof of purchase.
5. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another person if you cannot attend. Transfers must be initiated by the original purchaser. The Fair does not facilitate ticket transfers on your behalf.
6. Third-Party Purchases & Unauthorized Resale
Only tickets purchased directly through the official Stevens County Fair website (www.stevenscountyfair.org) or other authorized outlets are guaranteed valid.
Tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers, secondary markets, or third-party websites may be invalid and will not be refunded or honored for entry.
Tickets may not be resold above face value or in violation of state or local laws. The Fair reserves the right to void tickets suspected of being resold, duplicated, or obtained fraudulently.
7. Event Admission Rights
The Stevens County Agricultural Society reserves the right to:
- Refuse admission or remove any individual whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or violates Fair policies or laws.
- Conduct security searches upon entry to ensure the safety of guests.
- Enforce bag or item restrictions at specific venues.
No refunds will be issued to any ticket holder refused or removed due to misconduct or noncompliance with rules.
8. Force Majeure
The Fair is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, extreme weather, government orders, public health emergencies, strikes, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, events may be rescheduled or canceled without liability for refunds beyond what is explicitly described in this Policy.
9. Children & Age Restrictions
Some performances or areas may have age limits or supervision requirements. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to review event details prior to purchase. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless otherwise stated.
10. Privacy & Data Use
By purchasing tickets, you consent to the Stevens County Fair collecting and using your contact information to process your purchase and communicate event updates in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be sold or shared with unauthorized parties.
11. Important Notes
- Free or promotional tickets are non-refundable and have no cash value.
- Service and processing fees are non-refundable, even if the event is canceled.
- Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets cannot be replaced or refunded.
- Accessibility-related seating or accommodation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by contacting the Fair office.
- Purchase tickets only when you are certain you can attend.
12. Ticket Code & Entry Terms
Each ticket issued by the Stevens County Agricultural Society dba Stevens County Fair contains a unique code used for entry verification.
- The ticket code will be scanned for authenticity at the gate.
- Do not duplicate or reproduce this ticket in any form. Duplicate tickets will be rejected, and only the first scan will be honored.
- This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
- Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and releases the Fair, its staff, agents, and affiliates from all liability for injuries, losses, or damages occurring before, during, or after the event.
- Ticket holder grants permission for their image, likeness, or voice to be used in photographs, video, or recordings for promotional or archival purposes without additional consent or compensation.
- Entry may be refused or revoked without refund for violation of Fair rules, illegal activity, or disruptive behavior.
