The fair has 5 scooters that we rent out. It is $10 for 2 hours of use. Visit scooters.stevenscountyfair.org to sign up for use or stop at the information booth at the fair to pick a open time slot.
During regular fair hours you can also call to reserve accessibility scooters.

HorsePlex Annual Membership
If you would like to use the HorsePlex indoor riding arena, please fill out an updated membership form and return it along with your membership fee.
HorsePlex Usage Application
This application must be approved by the Stevens County Ag Society Board so please make sure it is submitted at least 60 days prior to the planned event for possible approval.
The Stevens County Fair has four mobile picnic table units available to rent for your banquet, reunion or party! Picnic table units can be rented from April 1 through September 30. To reserve your picnic table(s) please text or leave a message with Wayne Lemmerman at 320-287-1790 (cell). If he doesn’t answer right away, don’t worry, he will get back to you as soon as possible!
Sponsor an 8 ft Picnic Table for $300 over 5 years!
Picnic Table Sponsorship for the 8 ft tables can be for a business, individual or in memory of someone. The sponsorship is good for 5 years. A 12×30 inch sign will be affixed to the table. Once we receive the completed form we will have someone from our sign company contact you for art work or what you would like to put on the sign. We do what we can to accommodate color and graphics on the sign.
*Please note this is for a sponsorship only. The table will still be the property of the Stevens County Fair. We will handle the placement of the table each year and the storage of the table each winter.
