Skip the line at the ticket booth – buy tickets online!

Tickets are available via free print-at-home or mobile download delivery options. No mail delivery available. Please have tickets printed out or saved on your phone before you come to the fairgrounds. Cell phone service can be slow to load tickets while you are waiting in line to get into the grandstand. All online grandstand tickets sales end at the start of the scheduled event.

Refund and Exchange Policy

  • Full Cancellation: If an event is completely canceled before it begins, a full refund (less service/processing fees) will be issued. Refunds will be available starting the next day from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM at the Stevens County Fair office, by email at tickets@stevenscountyfair.org or other stated location. A valid payment receipt or ticket stub is required.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the original form of payment whenever possible. If that is not possible, refunds will be issued by check from the Stevens County Ag Society.
  • Refund Window: Refunds will be available for 7 days after the canceled event date. After that time, no refunds will be issued.
  • Once the event has started: No refunds will be given for any reason, including weather, delays, or changes.
Changes & Rescheduling
  • Tickets remain valid if an event is rescheduled, delayed, or altered. No refunds will be issued due to:
    • Performer changes
    • Schedule adjustments
    • Shortened shows
    • Postponements or delays caused by weather or other circumstances outside the Fair’s control
  • Outdoor events are rain-or-shine unless otherwise announced.
Ticket Transfers
  • Tickets may be transferred to another person if you cannot attend. Transfers must be arranged by the original purchaser. The Fair does not handle ticket transfers on your behalf.
Third-Party Purchases
  • Only tickets purchased through the official Stevens County Fair website (stevenscountyfair.org) or designated outlets are guaranteed valid.
  • Tickets bought through third-party resellers may not be honored and are non-refundable.
Important Notes
  • Purchase tickets only if you are confident you can attend.
  • Free or promotional tickets are non-refundable.
  • Service and processing fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation.
  • Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced or refunded.
  • Accessibility-related seating concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by contacting the Fair office.
